heyyum.com accepts payments placed with the following credit cards :

Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.

heyyum.com uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocols. Unauthorized persons will not be able to see the data exchanged.
DELIVERY
At heyyum.com, we always strive to deliver as soon as possible. All orders placed all business days before 12 pm * will be delivered next business day, order placed after 12 pm will be shipped next business day and will be delivered by GLS. We always try to have all items in stock, but should it happen that there are sold out which can cause longer delivery time, we will contact you directly. You will receive an order confirmation by mail when the order is placed.

* Orders placed Friday after 10am will be dispatched on Monday. We will not ship during weekends.

RETURNS
 
When you shop at heyyum.com you will not be able to return the goods as our products are categorised as food. This policy is to ensure our customers and feel confident that any goods purchased at hey yum.com has not been opened or subjected to any improper treatment.
 
CLAIMS

All products are covered by purchase Act on 24 month warranty. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods that have occurred within 24 months after purchase. The warranty does not cover when errors or damages arise due to misuse, lack of maintenance or normal use.

You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible, and within 2 months after the defect was discovered.

Please describe as detailed as possible what the problem is.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable freight charges to send the product back to us. Otherwise, you will cover all costs of transport, including our freight costs for returning the item after study, and we can charge you an amount of up to 200 DKK for examination of the goods.

Remember that the product must always be in proper packaging and must not be affixed to the address label or package tape on the product itself or its original packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until we have received and accepted the goods. Please keep postal receipt incl. Information regarding freight costs and tracking number. Note! We do not receive packages sent by COD or similar.

Breach of which would require an injunction as well as claims for all types of compensation. Furthermore reserved other rights under other applicable intellectual property laws including the rights under the Marketing Act.
 
LAW

Purchases of goods at heyyum.com are subjected to Danish law. Any dispute should be settled by the Danish courts.
